Frequently Asked Questions

Is the game free?

Yes. NEGOTIATOR is completely free to play and supported by ads. There are no purchases required to play any available episode.

Is my progress saved?

Yes - your completed episodes, discovered endings, and stats are saved automatically on your device. Each episode plays as one continuous session (it isn't paused mid-case), so if you leave an episode before finishing, it starts fresh next time. Finished progress is kept.

Why do I see ads, and what is "GET INTEL"?

Short ads between scenes keep the game free. GET INTEL is optional - watch a short rewarded ad to receive a tactical brief that can help you in the negotiation. You can always skip it and continue without it.

An ad didn't load - am I stuck?

No. If an ad can't load (for example on a weak connection), the game automatically tries to reconnect and then continues the episode on its own. You should never be blocked from playing by an ad. If you ever are, please email us with your device and app version.

How do I reset my progress?

Open Settings & About in the app. Use Reset This Episode to restart the current case, or Reset All Progress to clear everything. Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data.

How do I change the text size or turn off sound?

Both are in Settings & About - toggle sound and choose a larger text size there.
