NEGOTIATOR: Choice Text Game
NEGOTIATOR ("the App") is operated as a personal project. This policy explains how the App handles your information.
The App stores all game progress, settings, and state locally on your device only. The only information that ever leaves your device is (a) advertising data handled by Google AdMob (see Advertising), (b) feedback you explicitly choose to send us (see Feedback You Send), and (c) anonymous play counters that carry no identifier of any kind (see Anonymous Play Statistics).
Specifically:
The App includes an optional feedback form, used only if you choose to open it and submit. When you tap Send, the following is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our server at lovhatads.com and emailed to us so we can read and act on it:
No device identifier, advertising ID, or location is attached to feedback. Feedback is stored on our EU-based server and used only to improve the App. Email us at the address below to request deletion of a feedback submission.
To see which episodes are played and finished, the App sends small counters to our server at lovhatads.com over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. These counters are anonymous by design: they carry no identifier of any kind - no account, no device ID, no advertising ID, no cookie, no session token, and no persistent random value. Nothing we receive or store can be traced back to you or to your device.
Each report is a short list of counter names and numbers. In total we count:
We deliberately DO NOT collect: any identifier; your IP address; device model, operating system version, language or time zone; timestamps; how long you played; the individual choices you made; or anything that could connect one session to another.
On our server each counter is added into a running daily total per episode. We store no row per device and no record per session - only the totals. A figure such as "Episode 3 was completed 412 times" says nothing about who played it. Because no identifier is ever collected, we cannot single you out, build a profile, or connect these numbers to your feedback or to anything else.
Under the GDPR this is anonymous information rather than personal data (Recital 26). It is not used for advertising, and it is never shared with anyone.
If your device is offline the counters wait on it and are sent later. Uninstalling the App discards anything not yet sent.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. All ads are served non-personalised. They are not based on a profile of your interests, and the App does not ask for permission to track you - no App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown.
To deliver ads, prevent fraud, and limit how often the same ad is shown, AdMob may process limited technical data, which can include:

This website (lovhatads.com/negotiator/) does not use cookies and does not load any third-party tracking scripts. The only thing recorded is how many times each page has been viewed: a single running number per page, held on our own server. No IP address, no cookie and no identifier of any kind is stored, so a view cannot be traced back to you, and unique visitors are deliberately not counted.
We do not sell, rent, or share any data with any third party, except the limited advertising data processed by Google AdMob for ad serving as described above.
The App is rated 13+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Since we store no personal data on our servers (other than any feedback you choose to send), there is no personal data profile held by us to access, correct, or delete. The play counters described above are anonymous and carry no identifier, so there is no way - for us or for anyone - to locate, export or delete "your" counters: they exist only as part of a shared total. All locally stored data (game progress, settings) can be cleared at any time from within the App under Settings & About → Reset All Progress, or by uninstalling the App.
