PRIVACY POLICY

NEGOTIATOR: Choice Text Game

NEGOTIATOR ("the App") is operated as a personal project. This policy explains how the App handles your information.

Data We Collect

The App stores all game progress, settings, and state locally on your device only. The only information that ever leaves your device is (a) advertising data handled by Google AdMob (see Advertising) and (b) feedback you explicitly choose to send us (see Feedback You Send).

Specifically:

Game progress - choices made, completed episodes, skill scores - stored in iOS system storage (UserDefaults) on your device. Never sent anywhere.
Settings - sound on/off, text size preference - stored locally on your device.
No account, no sign-in - the App does not require or create any user account, and collects no name, email, phone number, or identifier automatically. (If you use the in-app feedback form, any email you choose to enter is sent only then - see Feedback You Send.)
No analytics - we do not use any first-party analytics or crash reporting.

Feedback You Send

The App includes an optional feedback form, used only if you choose to open it and submit. When you tap Send, the following is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our server at lovhatads.com and emailed to us so we can read and act on it:

Your message - the feedback text you typed.
Your email - only if you choose to enter one (optional; used solely to reply to you).
A screenshot - only if you choose to attach one. A screenshot may show whatever was on your screen, so please review it before sending.
App version and platform - to help us reproduce issues.

No device identifier, advertising ID, or location is attached to feedback. Feedback is stored on our EU-based server and used only to improve the App. Email us at the address below to request deletion of a feedback submission.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. All ads are served non-personalised. They are not based on a profile of your interests, and the App does not ask for permission to track you - no App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown.

To deliver ads, prevent fraud, and limit how often the same ad is shown, AdMob may process limited technical data, which can include:

A device advertising identifier - used only for non-personalised ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention, not to build an advertising profile of you across other apps or websites.
Coarse location - inferred from your IP address (country/region level), used for regional ad delivery and fraud prevention.
Ad interaction data - whether an ad was shown or interacted with.

Website

This website (lovhatads.com/negotiator/) does not use cookies and does not load any third-party tracking scripts. No analytics are collected from website visitors.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with any third party, except the limited advertising data processed by Google AdMob for ad serving as described above.

Children

The App is rated 13+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Since we store no personal data on our servers (other than any feedback you choose to send), there is no personal data profile held by us to access, correct, or delete. All locally stored data (game progress, settings) can be cleared at any time from within the App under Settings & About → Reset All Progress, or by uninstalling the App.
